What PermitBench is

PermitBench tracks NYC DOB permit filings using the city's public DOB NOW records and computes review-time benchmarks from them. It is operated by Anthony (sole operator), 286 Blackstone River Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89148. It is not affiliated with the NYC Department of Buildings. Data comes from public records and can lag or contain upstream errors — verify anything critical against DOB NOW directly before relying on it.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. The Custom Benchmark Report is $149 one-time, delivered within one business day of payment. If we miss that window, or the report isn't what this site said it would be, reply to your Stripe receipt and we'll refund you in full — no argument. Subscriptions are not billing during early access; nobody is charged recurring fees today.

What we store

Account email and password hash; the clients and permit numbers you add; first-party analytics with anonymized (hashed) IPs; and emails you give us on the founding list. If we emailed you cold, the address came from your firm's own public website or public DOB filing records, and the unsubscribe link removes it permanently. We don't sell or share any of it.

Deleting your data

Reply to any email from us, or write to anthony@getpermitbench.com, and your account and data will be deleted within one business day.
